The organisation of the faculty

The Faculty of Social Sciences has five departments and two centres. The faculty has 5300 students. Out of 460 employees, approximately 100 are ph. d research fellows.

The Dean has the overall authority at the faculty. The management group is composed of the Dean, the Vice-Dean, the Faculty Director and the Administrative Head of Studies.

The three pillars that form the work of the faculty are research, teaching and dissemination. The work is organised and administered by the departments. Each department is managed by a Head of Department who reports to the Faculty Management.
