The grants are intended to stimulate interest for European research and to develop expertise in fields of particular interest for ARENA.The grant is NOK 4,000 per month for five months. The recipients are also supplied with a workspace at ARENA's premises.
The aim of the ARENA scholarship programme is
- to encourage the production of master theses which will contribute to the research activity within ARENA’s prioritized fields
- to create interest for European Studies among students, and thereby to strenghten the recruitment to the field of European Studies.
Students are encouraged to contact a researcher in the application process to ensure the project fits their areas of interest.
